North Carolina Landscape Contractors’ The North Carolina Landscape Contractors’ Registration Board was created by the North Carolina General Assembly and is operated as a state licensing board. The Registration Board consists of nine appointed citizens who are responsible for administering Chapter 89D of the General Statutes of North Carolina. That is, to give examinations, issue certificates, monitor for violations, maintain records of registrants, etc. The members of this board are appointed by: the Governor of NC, the Commissioner of Agriculture, the NC Nurserymen’s Association, the NC Landscape Contractors’ Association, and the NC Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.

Professional Landcare Network PLANET, the Professional Landcare Network, is an international association serving lawn care professionals, landscape management contractors, design/build/installation professionals, and interior plantscapers. PLANET provides its members with a good business foundation to help them evaluate, plan, and better manage their companies. Member firms have direct access to marketing tools, industry specific business publications, updates on legislative issues, and networking opportunities that can assist them in becoming more profitable.

 ICPI Certified Concrete Paver Installer Level 1The Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI), founded in 1993 is the North American trade association representing the interlocking concrete paving industry. ICPI is considered by peer associations around the world as the leader in development and dissemination of technical information for design professionals and contractors. Our leadership position is due to years of commitment and energy from more than 800 members. ICPI engages in a broad range of technical, marketing, educational, government relations and communications activities.
